The brief of this project was to provide a 13 Bedroom Luxurious Neoclassic Country Home for a client who hopes to enjoy the countryside with their extended family.

Brief Development: It was of principal priority to the client that the building comfortably housed 3 families, so it became imperative to create pockets of privacy that weren’t directly opposing the need for communism amongst the families. We knew that having a central circulation area would foster communism so we incorporated this into the design as well as optimised certain spaces for codependency like having a massive dining room and including a gym and outdoor areas.
With the client's vision for a classical feel for the building, we decided to approach the design through the neo-classic architectural style by introducing elements of classic and modern architecture in the façade.
