Pace Setters Industrial Park
The Oyo State Government have decided that creating infrastructure to support industrialization is the next step in their plans for urban development. To this end, the design of an industrial park is proposed, a holistic and conducive environment for manufacturers containing all the fundamental infrastructure required for efficient production. Factories, warehouses, and living quarters would be available for rent to interested manufacturers.

After reviewing the brief it was evident that we would need to provide factory spaces with varying but modular plot sizes for manufacturers at different scales. But even more importantly give avenue for expansion by allowing manufactures the option to buy multiple adjoining plots.
